Julie is the heart behind the company’s thoughtful, highly personalized approach to serving older adults and their families.
Her career has always centered around helping people navigate important decisions, building trusted relationships, and finding solutions that feel personal rather than one-size-fits-all. That experience eventually led Julie to discover her passion for senior move management and the meaningful difference the right support can make during a major life transition.
Today, Julie works closely with clients and families to make downsizing, moving, and settling into a new home feel more organized, manageable, and personal. She understands that these transitions involve much more than belongings. They often include memories, emotions, family dynamics, and the challenge of creating comfort in a completely new space.
Julie founded Elevate with the belief that every transition deserves compassion, thoughtful planning, and genuine care. She has built a team culture centered on trust, respect, empathy, attention to detail, and doing whatever it takes to help clients feel supported throughout the process.
Whether a family needs help with the entire move or support in just a few key areas, Julie and the Elevate team meet each client where they are. Their goal is to transform what can feel overwhelming into a positive experience and help clients feel confident, comfortable, and at home in their next chapter.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, organizing and creating around her home, and taking walks with her dogs.

Nate joined Julie in co-founding Elevate and is now the strategic leader behind the company’s mission to simplify life’s transitions with thoughtful planning, compassionate service, and exceptional execution.
Throughout his career, Nate has helped people and organizations navigate complex transitions. Before founding Elevate, he spent more than two decades in healthcare strategy consulting, partnering with leading health systems, medtech and pharmaceutical companies, and life sciences organizations to solve complex business challenges, guide strategic decisions, and build organizations for long-term success. That experience reinforced his belief that every successful transition—whether in business or in life—begins with listening, thoughtful planning, and trusted guidance.
Inspired by the opportunity to make a more personal impact, Nate co-founded Elevate Senior Transitions to bring client-focused service to older adults and their families. Today, he leads the company's vision, growth, and operations while helping develop the personalized processes that have become the foundation of the Elevate experience.
Nate understands that moving later in life is about much more than coordinating logistics. It is about helping people navigate change with confidence, preserving what matters most, and creating a smooth path forward during one of life's most significant transitions.
Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children's sporting events, staying active with his two Australian Shepherds, and finding ways to give back to the community.
Elevate Transitions is a proud member of the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers (NASMM). As a part of NASMM, we have access to the highest industry guidelines, training and best practices and are able to connect to resources that enable all aspects of senior moves across the country. In addition, as a member we must adhere to the NASMM Code of Ethics and submit to oversight and guidance from the NASMM Ethics Compliance Commission (NECC). We are honored to be a part of this fantastic organization, as NASMM is the only association representing the Senior Move Managers®.

Through our NASMM membership, Julie has been certified as a SMM~C Certified Move Manager. This advanced designation recognizes Julie for demonstrating a high level of competence, commitment, and experience in the specialized field of Senior Move Management.
Senior Move Managers® provide comprehensive move planning and transition services for older adults and their families, often during downsizing or relocation. With the SMM~C credential, Julie and her team reinforces her position as a leader in delivering thoughtful, client-centered services during major life transitions.
